I’m Adrienne.
I teach Pilates to improve my client’s physical quality of life, whether we are managing a disability or enhancing athletic performance.
I received my Pilates certification in 2011 through The PhysicalMind Institute of Canada and have additional training specific to osteoporosis, scoliosis, sacro-iliac joint dysfunction, gait analysis and foot mechanics, prenatal Pilates, and pelvic floor health.
