Online Pilates – all levels

Mon & Wed 12pm EST $10 / 1h class

Progressive exercises to control your level of difficulty.
Improve posture, coordination and overall well-being.
Suitable for everyone, including those with osteoporosis.

Online Pilates – intermediate

Fri 12pm EST $10 / 1h class

A dynamic pace with a mix of classic and contemporary Pilates repertoire
Improve strength, endurance and flexibility.
Suitable for those familiar with the Pilates Method
English only.

Online private

On demand $65 / 1h session

Best suited if you have an injury, specific goals or simply prefer one-on-one coaching.
English or French.

In-person Pilates

In Plateau Mont-Royal – upon request $75 / 1h session

A personalized workout that progresses with you as your strength, flexibility and body awareness improve.

I’m Adrienne.

 

I teach Pilates to improve my client’s physical quality of life, whether we are managing a disability or enhancing athletic performance.

I received my Pilates certification in 2011 through The PhysicalMind Institute of Canada and have additional training specific to osteoporosis, scoliosis, sacro-iliac joint dysfunction, gait analysis and foot mechanics, prenatal Pilates, and pelvic floor health.
